Meet Gay

I was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, and moved to California in 1977, primarily living on the Peninsula.  My husband, Porter, who is originally from San Jose, Ca., and I bought a home in Lincoln Hills in 2003 and have been permanent residents since 2007.  I can honestly say I am truly living and loving the lifestyle to which we bought into!

Prior to moving here, we owned and managed a successful Property Management Company in San Mateo, Ca. specializing in full-service management of common interest developments on the Peninsula.  I also have an extensive background in Real Estate Development, working in project management for large and medium sized developers on the East Coast and in San Francisco.

In my spare time, I enjoy many of the vast amenities at Lincoln Hills and the surrounding areas, including the Orchard Creek and Kilaga Springs facilities, belonging to SCOOP, serving on the Ten-Year SCLH Anniversary Planning Committee, attending Lincoln Hills’ Community Church, working with the Compass volunteers and playing BUNCO with friends and neighbors.  I have resolved, somewhat publicly, to give golf a serious, good faith effort in the near future, as well.  We also love to travel and spend time with our family.  One of my biggest sources of pleasure is derived from spending quality time with my grandchildren who live in the Bay Area, Sonoma County and Coral Gables, Fl.

I am looking forward to continuing in my full-time capacity as a Realtor, specializing in senior living/lifestyles, working with many more prospective owners/sellers.  I am 100% committed to  offering the highest quality of service and integrity to all my clients in assisting them in their transition to the Northern California Senior lifestyle that I have come to cherish.
